COMP 212 - Study Guide for Test 1

The material covered on the test will be taken from the following sections of the book:

• Chapter 2: sections 2.3, 2.4, 2.5 and 2.6
• Chapter 3: sections 3.2, 3.3, 3.4 and 3.7
• Chapter 4: sections 4.2, 4.3, 4.4, 4.6 and 4.7
• Chapter 5: sections 5.1, 5.4, 5.5, 5.6, and 5.7

A good approach to studying would be to try some of the problems at the end of each of the sections covered above. You might consider looking at the following problems:
